right, you cannot try a former president impeached by the house.

Kalt is among more than 170 leading constitutional scholars who have formally weighed in on this issue, telling the Senate that contrary to Trump's assertion, it does have the authority to try him.”

It would have been interesting if the managers had had this information during the trial.

    oh my, you look foolish.

You cannot try a private citizen for impeachment, and a former president is a private citizen, the time ran out. simple as that and your little dog and pony show failed.

again, I bet you are super nice in person!
I don’t recall who did. You look it up if you’re so interested, bitch.

The Senate tries all impeachments and they decide if they have jurisdiction.

They tried an impeachment and they voted that they had jurisdiction.

    Case closed. Checkmate, idiot.

Almost certainly there was a behind closed doors vote from the entire Bench on this....I really would like to know what the result was.....I have a right to know.
This illegal illegitimate regime that runs America is at fault...not me.... they do not represent me and I have long objected to their crimes against humanity.
