Default Republican party guilty of Sedition

Once it has been proven that Trump is guilty of sedition, then the Democrats can use that to go after other members of the Republican party. In the end, showing that all of the Republicans who gave support to Trump are accomplices, therefore guilty of sedition also. In this way the Democrats can cripple the Republican Party.
    Think about it?

The crime of Sedition in the United States?
Sedition is a federal crime that falls short of the offense of treason. While the crime of treason requires action, sedition is any conspiracy to overthrow, put down or to destroy by force the government of the United States.

Agree. The GOP supported the violent overthrow of government.

I would say Some Republicans need to face the music, not all but only those that actively participated in attempting to nullify a Legal Election. I can think of 2 that ended any chance of them ever sitting in the Oval Office, not even as a guest.

But is it hearsay or a matter of fact? If it is a fact, then where is this fact?

it should be easy......you've already changed the definition of impeachment.....now all you need to do is change the meaning of sedition......maybe expand it to include "drank a glass of water"......then you can include anyone you want, no problem.........

Nice thought, but they know they will be implicated, their voters still support Trump, so they will not convict.

Not to mention that fox figured out they have to keep milking the ruse if they want to keep selling product - they are locked in. They tried to begin distancing themselves from it after the insurrection but they found their viewership quickly fell off, so they reversed course and began saying 'the insurrection wasn't so bad.'

Who establishes fact? This is what the Senate trial is for.

Biden is an illegitimate president, the most clearly-cut one and almost 1st, IMO.
    W. probably was beaten by Gore, but after researching that, it was so close..then Jeb! threw the election to his brother.
Too close to call on that.
In Biden's case, seditionists got the real vote, then cheated just enough to beat it in key areas where Democrats were running things.
Clear case of cheating the election. He will not ever be accepted.

Lol, I think you may be right. This thread is to give foresight as to what could happen. Do we want to keep dividing the country, or should we cut Trump loose?

For certain his election is suspicious, even so, Trump should have just stepped aside to avoid conflict. Trump is the only president elected who was not a member of secret society. They will not allow him to prove anything.
