Well it's bound to be incongruous, holding an entire half of the country to the seemingly diverse behaviors of millions of very different people over a long period of very stressful times; and acting like there is one collective responsibility for it all. Of course there are going to be things noticed in such a large group at various very different times and circumstances that appear to be coming from very different mindsets. THEY ARE.
