Doesn't the right do the same thing? They decided it was true the election was fraudulent and that antifa is responsible for the Capitol attack. The left decided the opposite. In this case the left has the truth on their side since the right was fighting to preserve power and would say anything. In other cases the left is guilty of the lies.

Facebook can be sued anyway...by their users. Slander is NOT protected by Section 230.
Dominion's lawsuit is going to blow up in their face. They've stupidly started the discovery process.
