Hopefully they don't sue him for his pardon worded like an impatient 8th grader..........

There is some leeway for intent, but that leeway can not completely overrule the letter of the document. I think trump was afraid to admit what they were guilty of, which is an important part of the pardon. Without the tacit admission, it is not a pardon.
