I agree. I wouldn't personally associate with anyone who attended that rally, but I also wouldn't fire them just for being there. Everyone who broke a law: Well, that's a no brainer. If they're dumb enough to break the law and even further dumb enough to get caught (usually by posting their criminal behavior on social media), then they'll have a hard time working from jail anyway.

It depends on what they did. Are you trying to say you're scared shitless of arrest, Dookie, because you plotted with the overthrow of the US government even though you never left your Miami shithole?

I wonder what the plan is as far as identifying and arresting these ppl. We even saw ppl walking by pushing baby strollers when we watched the mess unfold on TV. I don't know if those ppl were inside the security barriers or outside of it. If they were inside, what a crappy message to send to your kids.

The Senate trial of Trump will send shock waves around the world.

A sitting President trying to overthrow his own government. Everyone involved in any way will be investigated.

I doubt the FBI will ever reveal their full strategy, but I bet you they have dozens of people working on this seven days a week. We need to round up as many of these people as we can.

NYT is reporting that he conspired with a low-level DoJ attorney to overturn the election by firing the acting AG and replacing him with the low-level toadie, who would then bring the might of the federal govt. to lean on Georgia to change its votes. There's got to be some criminal statutes that that violated, as well.

That is what I think, too. I cannot imagine how it is legal to threaten public officials to cheat on an election.

In the phone call with the SOS of Georgia, Toadstool made several statements that I took as threats, about criminal action against the SOS and other Georgian election officials. No doubt that's why he wanted his loyal toady in the position of acting attorney general.

Trump wrote an EO aimed at BLM that gives 10 years for damaging Federal property. Those people qualify for that punishment. I do not think Biden rescinded that one yet.

lots of demonstrators go past security barricades. It happened to GW Bush all the time

But that's not the point of the OP -simply BEING at the rally- NOT going to the Capitol-
    is getting people "canceled "

Good. They should all be prosecuted.
