No, the Constitution doesn't. Impeachment is intended to remove someone from public office. It is not intended to do something to someone who no longer holds public office. If that were the case, Congress could impeach say, Nixon who's not only not in office, but dead.
Trump was already impeached, while he was in office, only the trial is left.
