no, he did not, liar. and fox is a liar. of course. the latest CDC guidelines, which I will post here with a link, does not mandate wearing a mask every time you are outside!! or even inside, under all conditions!! here are the guidelines, as the executive order biden signed said should be followed-

How many people will you interact with?
Interacting with more people raises your risk.
Being in a group with people who aren’t social distancing or wearing masks increases your risk.
Engaging with new people (e.g., those who don’t live with you) also raises your risk.
Some people have the virus and don’t have any symptoms, and it is not yet known how often people without symptoms can transmit the virus to others.
Can you keep 6 feet of space between you and others? Will you be outdoors or indoors?
The closer you are to other people who may be infected, the greater your risk of getting sick.
Keeping distance from other people is especially important for people who are at higher risk for severe illness, such as older adults and those with underlying medical conditions.
Indoor spaces are more risky than outdoor spaces where it might be harder to keep people apart and there’s less ventilation.
What’s the length of time that you will be interacting with people?
Spending more time with people who may be infected increases your risk of becoming infected.
Spending more time with people increases their risk of becoming infected if there is any chance that you may already be infected.
    What makes activities safer
    Activities are safer if

You can maintain at least 6 feet of space between you and others. COVID-19 spreads easier between people who are within 6 feet of each other.
They are held in outdoor spaces. Indoor spaces with less ventilation where it might be harder to keep people apart are more risky.

    and this synopsis-

Jan 6, 2021 — Wear masks when less than 6 feet apart from other people or indoors ... Physical distancing of at least 6 feet is often difficult to maintain in restaurants ... Check the restaurant or bar's website and social media to see if you feel ...

thanks for confirming what a total bag of nothing bitching about biden not wearing a mask in a gigantic open air area with almost nobody around is...goon. it is like believing he means people driving alone in their cars in a federal park have to wear a mask, or being with their family camping in a federal park...good god, bozo....if you are not near anybody else but close family members ONLY IDIOTS BELIEVE THIS MANDATE APPLIES.

In order for an executive order to take effect, it must be published in the federal registry and then typically takes effect 30 days after publishing. If the order was signed on 1/20, do you honestly think it was published the same day? Does 30 days happen in less than 4 hours?

Fox News is full of shit on this one. But then they seem to be full of shit on a lot of things. You might be better served to educate yourself, Wolverine.

You really are a meat head and have no clue whats going on with your own lying scam bag party or its leader little Adolph .

You should pull your head out of blow holes ass if you can .

    His press secretary

His press secretary Jen Psuckie even had a press release saying he was celebrating she had to come up with some lie to cover blow hole joes ass.

President Biden raised eyebrows after signing an executive order requiring masks be worn on federal properties, yet was seen visiting the Lincoln Memorial maskless following his inauguration.

Nothing says "It really isn't about your health" like unbridled hypocrisy.

Biden's new Executive Order makes it mandatory for these folks to wear masks all the time as they are on Federal land.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

You wear a mask when you can't distance.

Trump made the outrageous normal. You guys are grasping at straws to try to make any hay out of this stuff.
