An unusually poor assesment from Cruz, as the Revolution is clearly almost 100% fixated upon cementing in power, and things are going rather well. The Two things that have not gone well are:

Making two reliable D states. A part of the problem is that that looks like a bridge too far directly after conducing election fraud to "win" and election, and partly because the D's are spooked that so many PR's who go to Florida almost instantly vote R.

Their efforts to inspire R violence so that they can outlaw the militias and hunt R at will has failed so far, though they will almost certainly get what they want eventualy, all they need are a few crazies, and there are always now this deeply into this next Dark Age way too many.
