Default members in this body who gave aid and comfort to those" who stormed the Capitol

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday shot down the notion that impeaching President Donald Trump could alienate Republicans and undercut the message of unity that the new Biden administration is advocating.

"I'm not worried about that," Pelosi said at a news conference when she was asked about the impeachment proceedings. "The fact is the president of the United States committed an act of incitement of insurrection. I don't think it's very unifying to say, 'Oh, let's just forget it and move on.' That's not how you unify."

"There is no question that there were members in this body who gave aid and comfort to those" who stormed the Capitol "with the idea that they were embracing a lie," she said, adding that lawmakers and Hill staffers were still traumatized.

    it's a pack of lies .
No one in Congress gave "aid and comfort" that is a legal charge, as is "insurrection" by POTUS

Republican Congress who questioned the results IN A LEGAL PROCESS isn't an "insurrection" either.

It is bizarre that the same people who say we need to move on, and forget about extreme crimes, are the same ones threatening to commit even worse crimes.

The intensive investigation will find those that gave "aid and comfort" to the traitors. It is way to early to clear suspects now.

Yes. The event needs to be investigated.

"The fact that there were any tours going on in a Capitol during a COVID pandemic when nobody is allowed unless they are personally escorted in by a member of Congress," she said, "suggests that if there was insider knowledge, that some of my colleagues may have been co-conspirators."
