Tens of millions of people get Obamacare directly either through the exchanges, through the Medicaid expansion, or the expansion of coverage to adult children.

Since Trumpf did not have any substantial legislative accomplishments which would require a rigorous legal or congressional remedy (other than his tax cuts for the rich), Biden just used executive orders to roll back almost all of Trump's legacy in the last 24 hours.

I love it. Trump spent a dozen years obsessed with and lying about Barack Obama. In 24 hours, Biden erased most of Trump's presidency and restored many of Obama's policies.

The assumption was Hispanics had the same feels about poor Hispanics flooding into the country as white liberals do.

It should have been an easy assumption to reject at the outset, for the simple reason many poor Hispanic *citizens* are adversely affected by lax border policies for the simple matter that poor Hispanic non-citizens are coming here taking their jobs, bringing crime to poor Hispanic communities and etc.

That's how I feel. The loser slunk away in disgrace. He had his social media accounts banned. His neighbors can't stand him badly enough that they are suing to kick him off of his own property. His presidency was undone in 24 hours. He was impeached twice and is widely regarded across the entire world as the worst American president in history. Trump was a blip (and a blimp) and is now irrelevant.

61, Trump nationally won about 32% of the Latino vote, Biden nationally won about 66%.

66 to 32 is a blowout by any measure of electoral accounting, and Trump's 32% is only an average Republican national performance with Hispanics over the last 30 years.

Trump was stoking the coals of hate and division for years. That fire will burn for a long time before it burns out, if ever. Trump gave bigots and haters the stage. That is why we have so many Karens and people confronting others so often. For some reason telling strangers, you hate them is now OK. Abusing people who work in stores is fine. Stores asking you to wear a mask are infringing on your rights, rights that are written nowhere. This will linger.

All of that is true, but I also don't think Trump created much new hate and division that wasn't always there anyway. All of these racists and terrible people were always racist and terrible. It's just that they were forced to stay in their closets for a few decades. That's why they waged war against "PC culture". They thought it was unfair and felt victimized that they weren't allowed to be racist and terrible in public. All Trump really did was come along and say, "You poor, white, undereducated, racist bigots have been victims for so long. Go ahead and act like complete assholes in public as if this was the 1950s." And so they did. The people who support(ed) Trump cannot be rehabilitated. They're lost causes. The best we can do is to push them back into their closets so that they once again feel ashamed to express their darkest thoughts in public.

I really think you and Trump vastly over estimated how much you could turn the federal courts into a hyperpartisan arm of the Republican Party
