    Outstanding.

IIRC, included in the give-away to the wealthy was a miniscule tax cut for the middle class... that is due to expire soon, right?

    May I? From your link:

"Unpopular: The border wall is unpopular among most Americans, with approximately 60% of the public opposed. During Trump’s presidency, the wall has grown more unpopular (see this related Cato Institute assessment), including among residents of the four southern border states. A December 2019 Washington Post story that interviewed military veterans, longtime Texans, and Trump 2016 voters who were set to lose their property highlights one of the most unpopular aspects of the wall building – seizing land from private property owners."

He may be, but he still has a large cohort of drooling minions that he will no doubt try to keep whipped up. After what happened on Jan. 6th, we should not let our guard down.

Holy smoke, I forgot Trump's tax cuts for the rich scheme had an expiration date.

Dr. Fauci is quite relieved, as well!

"Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation's top infectious disease expert, on Thursday expressed relief that he's no longer answering to President Donald Trump, who he said made statements about the pandemic that "were not based on scientific fact."

"Fauci made several remarks about the difference between working under Trump and newly sworn-in President Joe Biden during a White House press briefing, calling it "somewhat of a liberating feeling" to work for the new administration. "

They thought it was unfair and felt victimized that they weren't allowed to be racist and terrible in public. All Trump really did was come along and say, "You poor, white, undereducated, racist bigots have been victims for so long. Go ahead and act like complete assholes in public as if this was the 1950s." And so they did. The people who support(ed) Trump cannot be rehabilitated. They're lost causes. The best we can do is to push them back into their closets so that they once again feel ashamed to express their darkest thoughts in public.
    Ra-men, Brother Diesel, ra-men.

The instant an acquaintance begins to whine about the PC culture, I do what I can to distance myself from them. It's the same as hanging a sign around your neck that says "I am a racist/homophobic/hater/misogynist bigot." The same is true of all those snowflakes whining about social media disallowing hate speech and promotion of violence on their platforms.

Democrats are genetically pre-disposed to opposing Republican judges.

Republican judges frequently have a reactionary take on labor laws, which is unfortunate.

But you and Trump labored under the illusion that Trump appointed judges would become a loyal, hyperpartisan arm of the GOP, and even possibly rescue Trump by overturning an election he decisively lost.

The fact that many Trump-appointed judges laughed you and TrumpCo. out of court simply illustrates how badly you overestimated your ability to weaponize the judiciary to serve GOP interests.

You are confiusing me with someone who does not care about written law. Trump had no case so the judges ruled correctly. I hope you have your same sentiment when other rulings come out of the SC.

Only for us though, not for them.

"The 2017 tax law cuts the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21 percent and shifts toward a territorial tax system, in which multinational corporations’ foreign profits largely no longer face U.S. tax. These tax cuts overwhelmingly benefit wealthy shareholders and highly paid executives. "

And here I thought the Toadstool was all about "America first" and bringing jobs back from overseas. Instead, he made it far more profitable to off-shore so that your company could escape taxation by becoming "multinational."

It's so wonderful. We are going to believe science again!

I bet we never hear the president call Fauci any names again.

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
