I actually did march with MLK in 1965.
I was a freshman in college at the time.

I was never so insecure about my Euro-American heritage that I thought we couldn't compete if on equal footing with African Americans, Latin Americans, Asian Americans, and indigenous Americans.
The American goal of equality didn't seem threatening to me in my late teens, not has it seemed so since.

Why do you think blacks and whites smoke pot at the same rates? But even if it's true, it doesn't prove racism. Correlation is not causation.

If institutionalized racism is still a thing in America, then why aren't other minority groups, like Asian Americans, being disproportionately arrested for smoking pot?
