Lead from behind still seems like a good strategy. It is far from perfect, but the low number of American deaths is pretty good. Also the lack of blame on America is good.
There were no combat deaths in any of the military operations started by Clinton. Let that sink in for a minute.

That's because all of those "old country" nations are citified sissy boys.
Just because the international equivalent of "But Moooommm, all the other kids are doing it" pleases you doesn't excuse Democrats jamming American city problems across every square inch of our nation.

I understand your worried, cautious concern and can appreciate you guarding your house with a rake and a rolling pin. The previous point was about respecting the views of others. You joined into agreeing that just because some or even many militia groups have been contaminated with anti-government wackiness that it means even the word "militia" should be banned, everyone disarmed and "reeducated". If I'm wrong there, then please correct me.

Canada is hardly old, and has much more hunters per capita than the USA. Australia is even younger, and is far from "sissy boys." Switzerland has guns throughout their society, with almost every male being in the military for decades of his life.
Seriously, you can have the same number of people with guns, or even more people with guns, but still have much less than half our murder rate. Or you can go full on Japanese, and end up with less than one thousandth our gun murder rate.
It is the equivalent of learning from what others are doing, both their mistakes and successes. It is what an adult does.

Oh my, you are serious.
America has failed to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. In most other countries, if you sell a gun to a criminal who uses that gun in a crime, you are in real trouble. In the USA, it is usually acceptable. This is a failure on a monumental level.
To put this failure into perspective, almost all guns used in crimes in both Canada, and Mexico were originally legally bought in the USA, and we are doing NOTHING about it.
Canada has the land area of the continental US with less total people than California and only slightly more than Texas. Anyone wanting to immigrate to Canada can easily do so. Australia has less people than Texas.
Agreed about learning from mistakes. One mistake is to cram a square peg into a round hole. I could make a cruder example, but am sure you under stand the point.
