Anything taken from Trump’s speech that is used to prop up an incitement charge would be laughed out of any legitimate courtroom.

Well, that is exactly how his propaganda works. He throws a ton of stuff out there, his followers are free to pick up on the one thing that works for them, and completely ignore all the troubling rest.

But the fact is Trump said that to the crowd just before they went and mobbed the capitol, caused destruction, and killed people. Some of them went over there and 'fought like hell.'
