I believe they're both down from 4 years ago, so it might be a good idea. Remington too.

You've tried bandying this two places now. That's not how bankruptcy works. You don't get to stiff your creditors and then make a SameCo in a new jurisdiction. That's why BK court is a federal court.

That is a laymans definition of bankruptcy. Something you googled. There is a lot more to it than that and many ways to get around things. All sanctioned by Congress by the way.

There's two kinds of people in a group like that: Fucking greedy ass lawyers and true believers. The greed ass lawyers will be kicked out of leadership and the truel believers will take over. Even if the true believers walk away with only the name or something close to it, everyone will know who the are.

In the next couple years you'll be seeing family friendly NRA ads competing with the ASPCA on CNN.

Hahahaha! Good. I hope they dissolve and never come back.
Lapierre was living the good life. There were countless millions in dark money given in '16.

General Motors Corporation filed Chapter 11.

So did Chrysler, Texaco, and Delta Air Lines.

    Are they "dead"?

Are you claiming filing Ch. 11 is a GOOD sign?

They are not defeated, they are moving away from gun control heaven of New York to a friendlier political climate in Texas. This operation was in progress before pervert joe made his comments.

Why is the Left so anti gun!?

You do realize the USA had gun control against Black slaves & Native Americans before they massacred them at Wounded Knee!!??

Agreed. Even so, it was like watching a bickering couple fight. The NRA had gone too political during the Clinton administration in reaction to efforts to ban guns.

I think becoming too political instead of staying true to the purpose is what led to the corruption and collapse. LaPierre won't be back. If he is, then the NRA is doomed.

Regardless, millions of gun owners will find a substitute one way or another.
