Well, Cuomo had the ‘epiphany’ first: He said if they stay closed much longer there wouldn’t be anything to open up to. A point myself and others were making as far back as Spring.
It would just seem a little ‘convenient’ if it was suddenly decided that lockdowns and other economy strangling measures did more harm than good.
We’ll see.
