Lol, a Civil War isn't something you miss because you were putting your clothes in the dryer.
It usually destroys a good part of the nation and it isn't stopped in a couple of minutes when the police show up.
My God the stupidity is never-ending with the left..
It scares me to think you people are fucking breeding.
Trump riled them up. You admit this?
And why did the White House prohibit the Maryland National Guard from assisting with policing the Capitol building? Why did Trump watch on TV as his acolytes stormed the Capitol?
Are you seriously telling me that those goons wouldn't have assaulted Democratic congressmen if they'd seen them? Or that they wouldn't have burned the electoral votes in the street, if not for some fast-thinking congressional aides who had the presence of mind to hide them away?

I'm responding to the posters here that think this was the start of some civil war, it wasn't.
They rarely get something solid to criticize the right for so when they do they blow it way out of proportion.
This riot wasn't any different than any of the riots from the left.
It's the Era of rioting so get used to it.
Many of Trump's rioteers did believe they were starting a civil war. SmarterThanYou posted about it but now he appears to be on the run from the law.
That said, like you, I believe all of those idiots are fucking batshit crazy and probably belong in an insane asylum, not a Federal penitentiary.

Investigators soon discovered Miller posted about his D.C. plans long before pro-Trump supporters stormed Capitol grounds. Miller's first social media post about his trip was on Facebook Jan. 2, saying, "I am about to drive across the country for this trump s--t." He also said a "civil war could start."

Protesting.
You may not be aware of this but the capital building has seen a lot of protests over the years.
These guys were doing what everyone else does there, making their voice heard at a government institution that can make changes.
They probably could have protested at Joe's Crab Shack but Joe doesn't have much input on laws.
Agreed on hypotheticals. The reality is religious leaders are actively trying to talk the nuttier members of their flock off the ledge and hundreds of insurrectionist Trump supporters are facing prison.
Reality Bites is no longer just a 90s movie; Trump fans who expected to take over the government and, if they failed, a Trump pardon, now have neither. Collectively, they are facing several hundred years in prison.
Do you agree they are fucking morons for believing they could take over the government and get away with it?

Bullshit. There's no truth whatsoever to your "The reality is religious leaders are actively trying to talk the nuttier members of their flock off the ledge" horseshit. Another of your pathetic accusations and lies.
LOL! Lost in movieland, are you?
I think those who entered the capitol uninvited were breaking the law, and should be dealt with accordingly.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
