President Donald Trump has filed two lawsuits - federal and state - against GaSecofState. The telephone conference call GaSecofState secretly recorded was a “confidential settlement discussion” of that litigation, which is still pending.
The audio published by @TheWashingtonPost is heavily edited and omits the stipulation that all discussions were for the purpose of settling litigation and confidential under federal and state law.

How ironic the GA Sec of State who keeps talking the law may have just gotten himself in huge legal Jeopardy

Awesome.....
Unread, but yes OP it is apparent to any listener that he tried to set him up, but he failed to execute a proper extortion and blackmail,
and in the attempt committed several other felonies as Trump became more and more frustrated along the way
until the end where he asked for the "finding" of votes to a state official.
Awesome....

Another crock of shit for the sewer minded.
Georgia is what's called a "one-party consent" state, meaning that only one party on a phone call would have to be aware of the recording. Obviously, Raffensperger and his lawyer knew of the recording, which satisfied the one-party rule. So, Trump's lawsuits will be dismissed.

If a lawyer participates in conspiracy to commit a crime are all attorney client protections waived?
So his source is a person's Twitter opinion? Until Volscrock posts an actual source just treat him like the troll he is.
