So it's no wonder that the lame duck has nothing. It is not surprising that trump has no plan to get the vaccine into peoples arms. Once again it's ship it to the states and let them worry about it. Why not bypass all the bullshit and have the US military transport it around the country with teams administering the vaccine to the public at pre-determined locations. The US army should be training persons to administer the vaccine and bypass the bureaucratic bullshit involved with transfer to states. Start with at hospitals and nursing homes if they are to be vaccinated first but let the military do it. Far more efficient and faster.
