it's a little harsh, but I mostly agree with this post.

these people are sick fuck genociders.

what's your spiritual situation? dont let anger poison you. it's the beginning of darkness. but there is righteous anger.

I don't know for sure. I'd be guessing at best. It'd be like someone in the 17th Century trying to predict what the late 19th Century or early 20th would look like. What I do know is that the idea you can get a good paying job doing some repetitive, maybe even somewhat complex, task all day long is mostly dead and gone. The world doesn't need masses of factory workers for many tasks anymore.

    This

    Has become this:

As it stands, only about a third of the population is really cut out to achieve a college degree. Sorry, but I don't have a good answer for what will happen or how society will change to this, but it's going to have to happen and it will revolutionize how human society is organized and operates as much or more than the Industrial Revolution did.
I can't stand your spouting your stupidity to others as well. Most of those technological jobs you speak of aren't needed. The country can and does just treasonously farm them out to other countries. Or let foreign workers who have such training to immigrate here and do those jobs for less than what an American would expect. If this country really wanted such workers, they wouldn't let students sell their ass and go deep into debt to get such education. There are also many countries out there who offer FREE college education to those who want it.

When it comes to globalization, Trump didn't do shit. He was all talk, no action. I doubt if anything he did caused one less cargo ship from China to come here. Now if he started having the navy sink cargo ships and destroyed the ports here that they would have headed to, that would have been doing something. If he had deported those 11 million illegals as he had the authority to do, that would have been doing something. If he sealed off the U.S. - mexico border and installed mine fields instead of talking about some bullshit section of wall, that would have been doing something. Also, look at what is behind my picture of Vlad. Having a number of such bodies along a border would do more than any wall ever could.

What kind of machines do you speak of. The robots? If they are doing something useful, I don't see much harm in them. There is only one thing harmful they can do. Which is to produce things that people really don't need. Though I did hear something interesting about some robots once. That some were so expensive to build and maintain, companies would have been better off just having human workers do whatever. Also, look at companies and the commercials they produce. Why do they do so? To make money. Most often, how are they trying to make money? By trying to sell to the American public that they want things that they really don't need.

What any civilization needs is employment for its populace. Human history is full of such examples of their labor. Hundreds of years ago a Spanish conquistador wrote back to Spain about an Incan wall-fortress that he said was more grand than anything to be found in Europe. To make work for the populace, there was also the great pyramids, the great wall and many other great public engineering projects. If necessary, we need the same sort of thing here. But instead our country ships jobs overseas. That is pure insanity. There is another way of dealing with such matters that countries have often employed. Warfare. We shouldn't go in that direction. Unless it was to just protect ourselves.

The main problem is that humans tend to have children. What happens to the children? For the most part, parents don't give a fuck. That's their problem. The parents just have to respond to their biological urges. Anything that happens after that they tend to just leave it in the lap of the gods. And for whoever makes whatever in this country, to be competitive, they are probably doing what they do as cheaply as possible to begin with. Do you think they want a newer and larger number of people doing what they're just getting by on as it is? I don't think so.

So the government must step in. That's their job. Whatever it takes, they must keep their people happy and employed. As well as trying to curb overpopulation. To which end, eugenics is necessary. But I doubt if anybody here would go along with that idea. The self centered fools. So for the time being, it looks like war is the only alternative the plutocrats are interested in. FDR got us involved in a war we shouldn't have gotten us involved in for economic reasons. (And on the wrong side!) I will show you a video where at the end he basically admits this. Because he said that if we didn't do what he wanted to do, there would be no peace in the world. As in what the world was fearing from us back then and what it would fear from us again in the future.

    P.S. Obviously, globalization sucks ass.

It's very telling how the liberals here truly don't give a damn about the struggles of the unemployed and low wage minorities by supporting Pelosi's block of any stimulus help. the homelessness are her fault
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

From what I heard, he did do tariffs. But that doesn't do much. Because if somebody ELSE makes what you need, you are likely to pay anything for it. Though I don't really believe the whole tariff thing anyway. I don't believe anything they say. I remember back in the Clinton administration they made big noises about having balanced the budget. But it was all smoke and mirrors. They used accounting practices that would have been illegal in the private sector to make their claim. As for Biden, we weren't given much of a choice. Either vote for a mass murderer or a globalization nutjob. One that kisses negro ass on top of that.

I hear talk on the news about progress being made towards another stimulus package. What pisses me off is that it doesn't include another round of $1200.00 dollar stimulus checks. After so many months of the economic mess the coronavirus has caused, do they think that people don't need the money? I know I sure as hell do. What is strange that Trump and the republicans were willing to do it and did so. But apparently Biden and the democrats don't give a fuck. I thought the democrats were supposed to want to help the poor.

Awwww.... Somebody is angry and has nothing but ad hominem to respond with.

    As for boat rocking...

The man that owns the boat rarely has time to rock it...

It's the flotsam and jetsam that cause all the problems.

That you were / are stuck working as a "laborer" for people like me (and, yes I do hire day labor fairly regularly), you get a fair in cash wage for you labor but without me directing the job, planning the work, paying for the materials, doing all the administrative and liaison work involved, and solving problems as they arise, you wouldn't get paid at all. I can do your job but choose to hire and pay you to do it. You can't do mine and that's why I make more.

You are in no way "deserving of another $1200.00 stimulus check" any more than you were of the first one. No one "deserves" welfare or a handout. You might be legally entitled to it, but deserving of it? No.

Also, I'm not in favor of cheap Mexican labor for the most part, particularly in the trades. I see the sort of half assed work they do regularly and have to fix it. Why should someone have to pay twice to get things done right?

The reasons manufacturing jobs are going to China are numerous from lower pay to workers, less regulation, less taxes, and a whole plethora of other things. Manufacturing is fleeing California as fast as it can for elsewhere because of this. One of the worst things is nitpicking, meaningless, useless regulations that burden a business. In many larger cities this has become a revenue generator for both predatory law firms and government. If that weren't the case, and government acted in the best interests of society as a whole, maybe those jobs wouldn't flee for friendlier locales.

As for college... In my case the undergraduate degrees helped some, but not nearly as much as going through Nuclear Power training in the Navy. Yea, the GI bill made paying for college easy so I had no debt. That was a contractual benefit of military service, not something just handed to me for "free."

I can't change that you live in your parent's basement, or in a tent under a bridge using a computer at the nearest public library. That's on you and nobody else. That you hate society because you screwed your life up is not my, or anyone else's problem. It's yours, deal with it and stop blaming others.

Oh, I'll add this... Thursday I went to Scottsdale to do a bunch of electrical work on a house about a mile from Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural college he started. The people in that house are long-term leasers / renters. I got the snob treatment from them as if I was nothing but low life help. I fixed everything up to code as required but told the GC I'm doing that stuff for if I have to go back there it's full price, not the "beer money" price I usually charge these days. That means $50 an hour + $20 per helper, and a 30% mark up on all materials. I get treated better in the barrio or ghetto. At least those people are appreciative I show up and fix their problems right.
The Black guy and his Hispanic wife in a shitbag apartment next to the railroad tracks and a warehouse district were thrilled that I came on short notice to restore their power the day before Thanksgiving without complaint so they could cook their meal. I think their two kids were too. I don't have to do any of that, but it keeps me active. So, take your tirade and shove it up your ass sideways.

Tariffs do work, to some degree. But do you know what works even better? Having whatever products you are charging other countries tariffs on to import being made in your own country instead. As for any farmers feeling the pinch because of China charging tariffs on food we send there, fuckem. Let them find a real job. Also, China is probably the most populace country in the world. It seems pretty stupid for them to make food more difficult to get. Maybe we should stop sending them any food. Let their country starve until they have a more reasonable population level.
