We've forever heard the phrase 'the rich should pay their fair share' but what is that? No matter how much the rich pay it will never be enough because the government always desires more money.

Not sure what the second half of your statement is in reference too.

A flat tax. The only fair way in this country. You live here, you utilize its programs and sources, you pay for it. Equally. Either that or a national sales tax instead of the present progressive tax system.

You should. Many have and are leaving due to taxes in California. Kansas is mentioned once or twice.

Yes we have, and even the rich as Buffet and Gates have echoed it, partial political rhetoric, but it is pretty hard to argue that with all the tax write offs, deductions, and such that those who can afford the army of accountants and attorneys often don't pay the tax most think they do

Second half is just observing that if the tax in California is as burdensome on the upper one percent as you are implying it doesn't seem if it has forced many of the entertainment figures we associate with California to suddenly migrate elsewhere

"Many" is the key word there, the prior post was referring to the upper one percent, that ain't the "many," and no on is finding evidence of those individuals migrating to Kansas no matter how much one googles it

You know Archives, you could just google it to find out how wrong you are. Again. But you will not. Because you are wrong. Again.

That is not a flat tax, that is a benefits received tax, and a flat tax is regressive, and there is even the question if it would finance necessary Government allocations, especially defense

Everyone in this country should pay the same tax no matter what your income. And the government would have more money than they have now.

Ah, the familiar "popeye" "go google it," I don't have to prove I am wrong, you do, if you could actually back up anything you say you wouldn't have to resort to "go google it"

Wrong, even common sense dictates you are wrong, but if you don't believe me, "go google it," although I can assure you you are wrong, as wrong as wrong can get

And when the personal insults arrive, you know they are done, nothing more to offer, like the white towel hitting the canvas

I am not wrong at all. Unlike you I actually research things. Not just go by what I read on left wing propaganda sites or twitter.
