Trump's ridiculous, completely uninformed claim of a "ballot dump" in WI

He keeps repeating this & showing the chart which has a big spike of votes after 3:00 in the morning on election night. This was when he was leading big, but Biden "miraculously" took the lead because of some sort of cloak & dagger "ballot dump." A "ballot dump" which "mysteriously" had a disproportionate # of votes for Biden.

Coincidentally, the time of the "ballot dump" is when Milwaukee County reported their vote totals.

See, that's how elections go. A lot of the smaller, more rural areas report first - so, if those areas are red, they'll generally show the GOP candidate taking a fairly sizable lead early on.

But then the big cities report, and things can change.

It's as simple as math gets. Anyone who is conned by his ruse on that has either never watched an American election, or simply want to believe anything.

And like I showed you, the Dem support trend over the last several election cycles in those two liberal bastions was DOWNWARD... Less and less each time... And now I am supposed to conclude that, even though other non-swing-State urban areas across the country continued to trend DOWNWARD, that only the most liberal of liberal urban areas in swing-States such as Wisconsin all of a sudden boomed up to ABOVE OBAMA 2008 levels??? Milwaukee reported their count of absentee ballots at that time. That's why there was a big bump for Biden. It's very logical and factual, and was what was expected w/ the absentee counts.
