Default Krebs to sue Trump's malicious dangerous vampire scum attorney

Joe diGenova said during an interview on "The Howie Carr Show" that Krebs was a "class A moron," for disagreeing with the president's assertions that the 2020 election was rigged. The attorney added that Krebs "should be drawn and quartered. Taken out at dawn and shot.
"We are a nation of laws, and I plan to take advantage of those laws," Krebs said. "I've got an exceptional team of lawyers that win in court, and I think they're probably going to be busy."

Political public figures issuing should be murdered and tortured about any individual is a criminal threat, tantamount to taking out a bounty, considering Trump's cult zombie white nationalist gun nut clown moron redneck scum constituency. More deplorable slime no Republican will shout down, because they are all scum sucking loser cowards with zero integrity or principles. Especially a spokesman for the Potus?!?!

And this is the reason why you scum sucking deplorable rednecks LOST.

I'm not sure of the disciplinary rule violated. Should that conduct be merged into a conviction for a felony, then he could be.
Usually disbarment is for conduct arising from an atty client relationship.

That shouldn't even be a question. There is no way he should ever be allowed to practice law again. The larger question is whether he is guilty of a civil violation that will cost him a lot more than just his career.

Curious about this from a criminal perspective. I assume there must be some criminal incitement statute, just haven't heard of it being used before. I like it though.
