Let's assume that one of his statements is correct -

3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden's favor

That is a range that we can look at.
If 1% of the votes were forged in Biden's favor, Biden wins with 279 electoral votes.
If 1.5% of the votes were forged in Biden's favor, the election ends in a tie.
Since the "expert" can only provide a range of error and Biden wins in that range then there is no evidence of fraud and Biden wins based on this.

Now let's explore some of the other idiocy this "expert" expound upon.

2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.

There was no simultaneous decision to halt counting votes in all those states. Some states stopped counting for the night in some precincts but some such as Wisconsin never stopped counting but rather all precincts had reported initial counts before 5AM the next morning. The fact that many areas stopped counting is not some conspiracy but rather a little thing called NIGHT. It arrives every day. People tend to sleep at night and not work. The fact that they stopped counting at night is not some conspiracy but rather a thing most people feel after a long day. They are TIRED. Some areas try to power through and complete their counting but not all do. Only an idiot would think stopping work for the night is some sort of conspiracy.

4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

Where is the evidence for this? The idiot already admitted he had no access to the machines so it would be impossible to make this claim as if it was fact in any court of law.

5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.

Proven false since GA ran a complete audit.

6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.

The only stolen keys were in PA. PA keys would not work on machines in any other state. No manufacturer would use the same cryptokey on every machine they manufacture. The cryptokeys are probably by voting district since the person setting up the machines would likely set the key and one would hope it would change for each election.

7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.

A complete failure to understand how votes are counted and reported. A precinct doesn't report until they have counted all the votes. Votes turned in at 3AM are not votes counted in the previous 2 hours. They would be votes counted in the previous 6 hours. If 10 precincts turn in their vote totals at 10PM. Another 10 turned in their vote totals at 11PM, 20 precincts turned in their vote totals at 1AM and then 40 precincts turned in their vote totals at 3AM, that doesn't mean the votes for those 40 precincts were counted from 1AM to 3AM. This guy claims to be an "expert". He's a complete moron if he thinks vote totals mean all votes counted up to that time period. Announced vote totals are only the totals completed in a precinct and reported to the state. It in no way means the unreported precincts have been doing no counting.

10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.

This is provably false since GA audited the results of the Presidential election and Biden won. Since GA was audited and showed the result to be correct, Biden wins with over 270 electoral votes even if

If hand counting the ballots results in more votes for Biden then how is it possible that computer hacking changed thousands of votes from Trump to Biden when it read the ballots? This is a simple math problem.

Computer Expert's claim - 1% of Biden votes were really trump
Biden 100,000 - (100,000 x .01) = 99,000
So Trump should have 100,000 ballots with his votes on them

2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.

3. Dominion has been used in other countries to "forge election results."

4. Dominion's corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.

5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.

6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.

Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results. Based on that information, he concluded

10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.

Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with "high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden."

This is going to be tough evidence for Democrats to counter. Back when the naïve Democrats thought Trump would be the one to commit fraud, they held congressional hearings and wrote articles about the voting machines' vulnerability. And with the New York Times touting Dr. Keshavarz-Nia's brilliance and his ability to sniff out fraud, they'll struggle to that he's not a reliable expert. Things are getting fun.“
