Default Pennsylvania Supreme Court swats away another long shot pro-Trump election lawsuit

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Saturday batted aside another lawsuit aimed at overturning President-elect Joe Biden’s election victory.

The state’s highest court unanimously dismissed a suit filed by a congressman and other Republican supporters of President Trump that claimed that the state’s decision to allow absentee voting on demand was illegal.

The justices noted that the lawsuit was filed only after Trump lost the election and more than a year after Pennsylvania first instituted a law allowing voting by mail.

“They would now flip the table, scattering to the shadows the votes of millions of Pennsylvanians,” Justice David Wecht wrote in a concurring opinion.’

Whereas the ruling and reason for same were valid, this is all theater. The ploy is to get before what trump sees as 'his' Supreme Court. He doesn't realize that they will refuse to hear the case(s)

And that quite often, the judge is a Republican or a trump appointee.

The entire justice system sucks, it has long been poorly run. Sadly the quality of the judges has been plummeting over the last couple of decades, counting on them to look out for your rights or for the Constitution will likely lead to disappointment.

Constitutional America is almost dead now.
I choose my own words like the Americans of olden times........before this dystopia arrived.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit Saturday night from US Rep. Mike Kelly and other Republicans, after they had tried to invalidate absentee voting and block the certification of votes in recent weeks.

The dismissal adds to a growing number of losses in court for Republicans and supporters of President Donald Trump, who have tried to attack voting systems in the wake of President-elect Joe Biden's victory. The lawsuits have failed almost uniformly.
The court was unanimous in deciding against Kelly and others, and refusing to block vote certification on Saturday. Five of the seven judges wrote that they believed the lawsuit had been filed far too late, a year after absentee voting procedures had been established in the state and weeks after millions of Pennsylvanians voted in good faith.

    And endless sea of losing.

It's funny about the courts. You can't just yell "fraud!" and hope for the best.

    You actually need evidence.

Doesn't matter. The way it's going, the '1 vote per state thing' goes to the House where our appointed legislators (Rep majority) select the Prez!
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

COVID DID NOT CHANGE THE STATE'S ELECTION LAWS, ADN NEITHER DID THE LEGISLATURE.

    OOOPS!!!

    SCOTUS IS ALL THAT MATTERS.
TRUMP WILL TAKE FORTY STATES...UNLESS THE SAME IDIOTS WHO BROUGHT US THE 2020 DUNCE-O-CRAT IOWA CLUSTERFUCK CONTINUE THEIR SEDITIOUS ACTIVITIES...THEN HE WILL WIN EVEN MORE ..UNLESS THE RED CHINESE AND DNC COLLUDE, USE A PANDEMIC, AND THEN THE DEMOCRATS VIOLATE ARTICLE II OF THE CONSTITUTION, TO FACILLITATE MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL, UNVETTED, MAIL IN BALLOTS IN THE DARK OF NIGHT..

That figures. Stop reading twitter or trying to get the msm to actually give you news in real time instead of them spending hours pitching ideological emotional fits.
Read, study, watch hours of the hearings or their transcripts, not TV, not FOX, none of them. Go find the time-line I posted. Go read the many scenarios that can occur.

Heads up...tomorrow is another hearing in AZ. Watch that..........or twitter. Do what you want.
