What hysteria? There is none but there is annoyance and disgust that Trump is doing his best to make Americans lose faith in the election system. The courts are putting on the brakes but you wonder how many Republican voters will believe them and not Trump.

There isn't a person in the nation who believes that trump will have to be forcibly removed from the WH.

The running odds are about whether or not he'll show up for the inauguration. There's no question that he'll create some pardons that aren't warranted. We knew that in Jan. '17.

He'll find that he cannot pardon himself, so he'll step down one week before Biden's inauguration, and have Pence pardon him.

It's a twofer...he won't have to attend the inauguration, which will have a crowd that dwarfs the one he seems to think he had.
And...he incorrectly believes that it will protect him from his pending legal problems.

I don't think he was the reason- but more of the facilitator and instigator!

The Russians and The Republicans used the information to try and divide the Democrat party to hurt the Hillary campaign.

It probably did have some direct affect on the election. But there were others already, as the crazy Hillary Investigations, and the timing of Comey's announcement had as much to do with it as anything.
