I don't think so. Biden's agenda is more important than most SC decisions and he would have to use up too much political capital for something unlikely to succeed. Even if it did succeed, there may not be any major SC decisions that would help the Democrats that much.
It's relevant because it doesn't matter what Biden thinks; if the number of loudmouthed far left Democrats reaches critical mass, Pelosi will pass the bill only to see it die in the Senate (given the Republicans don't fuck up too badly). What Biden wants doesn't matter in this scenario.

sure.....we've been packing the courts since 1980.......there used to be nine justices on the SC.....then we raised it to 9, only to increase it to 9 only three years later.........now, unbelievably there are nine justices.......what will those bastiges do if they ever get the Awful Office back.......
