I don't think so. Biden's agenda is more important than most SC decisions and he would have to use up too much political capital for something unlikely to succeed. Even if it did succeed, there may not be any major SC decisions that would help the Democrats that much.

Biden is the President, not the Speaker. Nancy didn't want to impeach because it was a loser but she was politically forced to do so.

Not sure how that is relevant to my post saying I don't think Democrats are likely to give much attention to packing the SC.

And during the deal they never stopped ballistic missile testing as well -the Iran deal was worthless
( which is why dumbass Biden will try to resurrect it)

Packing the court?? nobody know yet
Your assertion that when your guy canceled the Iran agreement he gave Iran free reign to develop nuclear weapons unfettered is correct

And most Americans favor abolishing the electoral college and term limits. But public opinion supporting something means little unless it is high intensity and high priority. I am willing to bet Biden does not even push for SC changes.

It's relevant because it doesn't matter what Biden thinks; if the number of loudmouthed far left Democrats reaches critical mass, Pelosi will pass the bill only to see it die in the Senate (given the Republicans don't fuck up too badly). What Biden wants doesn't matter in this scenario.

True, but either way it doesn't succeed. Many times the president's party in Congress will not try to pass a bill he opposes because he can always threaten a veto and it makes him look bad.

Agreed. Biden may want it but it's not up to him. He'll probably not see it on his desk with a Republican Senate. Agreed on Blue-on-Blue conflicts in politics.

A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

sure.....we've been packing the courts since 1980.......there used to be nine justices on the SC.....then we raised it to 9, only to increase it to 9 only three years later.........now, unbelievably there are nine justices.......what will those bastiges do if they ever get the Awful Office back.......
