Default Article 21, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948

If consent of the governed is the most fundamental concept of democracy, its most essential right is that of citizens to choose their leaders in free, fair, and regular elections. Whoever is president for the next 4 years has the burden and duty of guaranteeing that he won in a free and fair election.

Article 21, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948

    (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

    (2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.

    (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Cheating or stealing an election and then placing the burden of proving it upon We the People interferes with free voting procedures.

Rigging voting machines interferes with free voting procedures. If there are allegations that voting machines are rigged, then We the People must be assured and guaranteed that they are not before the election can be considered free and fair. We the People is not just "we the lefties" either.

You sound liberals in 2000, 2004 and 2016. Republicans never win elections fairly according to liberals. Congrats on partnering with the left now that you’re on the other side.

No, it doesn't interfere with them since no such cheating or stealing took place.

There is no cheating or stolen election yet. Trump is trying to steal it though. He wants the courts to be coconspirators. He is court shopping going from state to state. Trump is a sincerely terrible threat to the American system.
The election was run like all those before. It is incumbent on Trump to provide proof. He has failed, like your hundred or so threads have.

The problem is that you define as "cheating" allowing urban citizens to vote.
People who live in the great cultural centers of our nation don't tend to vote for orange shit stains very much.
If you really like orange shit stains, you have to limit the vote to rubes and crackers who drive pickups while drinking cheap beer from cans.

The burden of proof is upon those claiming any cheating occurred as long as each state has certified its election results as fair and accurate.
