Default Biden tries to spread calm, as some Democrats worry about his willingness to fight

Biden’s intention to govern as a conciliator and not a partisan warrior, some on the left worry that his early moves signal weakness even before he steps into the Oval Office. They say Biden, 78, naively believes the Senate still functions as it did during his 36 years there, with potential for compromise and conciliation.

“There is still plenty of room for bipartisanship, but real bipartisanship, from a position of strength, not begging Republicans to confer bipartisanship upon us if we do things their way,” said Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), who is worried that Biden’s outreach to the GOP is being met with resistance.

Biden's Pollyanna "unity" bullshit will surely sabotage his administration.
All we can hope is that Sister Kamala can slap some sense into him.
Otherwise, we won't even notice that the orange shit stain is gone,
at least from the perspective of how the government is working.

McConnell will eat Biden's lunch absent a miracle in Georgia, so if Biden isn't planning a strategy to work around him, all we can hope for is a heart attack.

    Unity without justice is capitulation.

and as I predicted, all of the moronic trump haters/biden voters who touted that their savior will finally unite the American people were, in reality, lying their collective asses off waiting for the opportunity to provide political retribution for defeating the wicked witch of the east in 2016................
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Default Sanders warned Biden not to freeze out progressives as he shapes his government.

“It seems to me pretty clear that progressive views need to be expressed within a Biden administration,” Sanders told The Associated Press. “It would be, for example, enormously insulting if Biden put together a ‘team of rivals’ — and there’s some discussion that that’s what he intends to do — which might include Republicans and conservative Democrats — but which ignored the progressive community. I think that would be very, very unfortunate.”

Biden is going to go which ever way the wind blows the hardest. He does not have the stamina or mental strength needed to be president. It will be interesting to see him in four more years.

You are an authoritarian. You think either a leader is completely right or completely wrong. I never thought that way.

It was a binary choice if one chose to participate.
    One could vote for Biden.
One could vote for the orange shit stain.

Or one could not participate in the process

My vote for Biden was first and foremost a vote against Trump.
That applied to every Berniecrat or social democrat who cast a vote.

A vote for Biden wasn't always a full endorsement of Biden policy.
In many cases, it was even more a rejection of orangutan madness.
