why should any American be upset a president elect's pick to be the National Security Adviser had a secret meeting with the Russian Ambassador to make sure he knew under Trump, Putin and Russia would be spared the harsh sanctions Obama had imposed for Russia helping Trump win, and then lying about it to the FBI and to Mama's Boy Pence, and Trump fired him for doing so? And that Flynn admitted to doing so, many times, during the process? How stupid is Flynn, who was a fairly advanced military man for many years, who had to know any Russians here in this country are routinely monitored and legally wiretapped while in this country, to have that meeting, discuss those sanctions and then LIE ABOUT IT?
and you dumbass trump stooges are glad he gets away with it?
May 11, 2020 (UPI) -- Almost 2,000 former federal prosecutors and members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation published an open letter Monday calling for the resignation of Attorney General William P. Barr over the dropping of the Michael Flynn case.
Former U.S. Department of Justice and FBI officials, identifying themselves as both Republicans and Democrats, said Barr's decision to drop prosecution of Flynn was a case of using "the Department as a tool to further President Trump's personal and political interests," the letter said.

They must all be Deep State, huh?
Meanwhile, Flynn's lawyer has hundreds of affidavits proving that the presidential election was a fraud. Ms Powell is going to present the evidence in court sometime, she says.
I bet most of you trump stooges who are defending this lying POS and trump for pardoning him, can read well enough to read this admission of Guilt the punk ass bitch gave in court- if you have the guts to see what a guilty russian asset he is-

Yes, I’m glad Flynn got away with talking to a Russian lol.
And you goof balls are glad Flynn was interviewed under false pretenses and the interviewers got away with it.
This isn’t Russia. The way it’s supposed to work, in this country, is cases are thrown out when there is prosecutorial misconduct. It doesn’t matter that Flynn lied—that was made immaterial by the fact *the investigators lied* when they approached Flynn for an interview. They even went as far as to alter his 302.
It doesn’t matter that Flynn lied because the case never should have seen the inside of a courtroom.
Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow ultimately~WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017
George Wilson was convicted of robbing US Mail, and it being the 1830's, he was sentenced to death. The President Jackson pardoned him, but that meant Wilson would have to accept guilt. Wilson fought it to the Supreme Court under the argument he should not have to be forced to accept guilt. Wilson said he would rather die than accept guilt of something he claimed to be innocent of.
The Supreme Court found in still binding precedent that no one can be forced to accept guilt, and anyone who accepts a pardon has accepted guilt. If Flynn accepts the pardon, legally he has accepted guilt. It would be no different than a guilty plea. There would not need to be a trial, because the defendant has already accepted guilt. It is considered the same as being found guilty.
The police are allowed to lie to a defendant. Undercover police do it all the time. Flynn would have to be a complete idiot to take defense advice from the police. The police are not there to help criminals defend themselves.
Flynn had better defense attorneys than 99.99% of defendants.

The biggest legal thing has been finalized, or soon will be. trump offered Flynn a pardon, and it appears Flynn either has or will soon accept it. At that point, he has accepted guilt, and accepted his punishment (in this case no punishment). The punishment has been rendered, and so this case is the most finalized any case could be.
It is done, and time to move on. Flynn is guilty of collusion with the Russians, and trump pardoned him knowing that. I guess the next question is whether trump pardoned Flynn to coverup for trump's own crimes?
he lied when talking to the FBI, stupid shit. that is against the law, stupid shit. he admitted it. and you don't care because your head is so far up Trump's fat chickenshit ass. if this was a democratic president's NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER TALKING TO RUSSIAN AGENTS AND THEN LYING ABOUT IT, and the democratic president pardoned him after he admitted being guilty...you would be speaking out the other side of your mouth, as you are all hypocrites.
i admit what flynn did was not worthy of jail time, but it was wrong, and to pardon him for it sends a bad message to others- that it is okay to lie to the cops, to the FBI, to the courts, to the American people, as long as it is for a political partisan cause.
Flynn was never convicted of anything - you are 100% off target
If a suspect ( not a "defendant") asks for a lawyer or gives an indication he might want one -the questioning must stopThe police are allowed to lie to a defendant. Undercover police do it all the time. Flynn would have to be a complete idiot to take defense advice from the police. The police are not there to help criminals defend themselves.
Flynn had better defense attorneys than 99.99% of defendants.
-it did not- -and Flynn was lied to about the fact he didn't need one
Moreover the basis for the interview was Biden's false construct of the Logan act -
unenforceable and perhaps un-Constitutional.
Your boy Kerry was freelancing advice to Iranian mullahs not to deal with Trump
if anyone should be prosecuted for interfering with foreign policy -it's Kerry
