They fear anything legal and they know they cheated. Simple as that. They only want to put Biden in as president and that way they will once again control everything. However, it's not going to happen, IMO. My wife keeps up with this stuff way more than I do and she said Biden and Harris are toast. I hope she's right.

You need to read the Constitution because that's not how the process works. All SCOTUS can do is decide if the election process was legal or not.

There are 50 different election processes. Each state decides their own. SCOTUS will not wade in.

But I am not. I think you are delusional. You have been promising that "soon" you would have a "mountain of evidence", but soon passed weeks ago.

It has been four weeks of "maybe we will have some evidence soon." Guess what, the adversarial system requires that the other side be given MORE TIME, so a judge would have to give the Democrats MORE THAN four weeks to come up with a rebuttal. That puts it all off to after the Electoral votes had all been counted.

Why has trump delayed so long? There are two possible explanations. Mine is there is no evidence, because none of his conspiracy theories are true. The only other explanation is that he is involved with something so much worse that he is being blackmailed.

Either way, Biden is taking the Oath of Office on January 20th.
