Biden should NOT be the one making the decision to prosecute or not prosecute Trump or any of his henchmen. That job belongs to the DoJ...to the Attorney General.

Agreed. Not because it's Trump or for political reasons, but because any credible evidence of malfeasance, regardless of political party, should be investigated.

There is plenty evidence the actions of the Trump administration, especially during the election year, should be investigated.
