Like most ignorant, self-centered right-wing contrarians, you just don't get it.

Wearing a mask is less about reducing one's own chances of contracting the virus, and mainly about each of us not spreading the virus to others in the possible event that one might unknowingly be infected.

Masks are proven to reduce the distance airborne particulates travel. That in turn causes fewer people to be infected. The fewer the number of people who are infected, the sooner this shit goes away.

It's just a damned shame that so many people are too fucking short-sighted, self-centered and narrow-minded to understand the connection.

Selfishness and lack of care for others is something that is deeply rooted and ingrained in the psyche conservatives.

If you cannot demonstrate that you understand what a mask pore is, what size it is, and what size a virus or droplet is, then you are not qualified to lecture anybody about masks. Oh, and my dad came down with some sort of infection where he had a cough for a good month... My mom never got it. I was around him quite often during that time, and I never got it either. And back when I was in school, I would sit in a classroom full of fellow students who were sick and coughing and sneezing and spreading germs around everywhere... Sometimes I would end up getting sick from them. Other times, I wouldn't get sick from them at all. It's just part of life, dude...
