No, they tried under that policy. I severely doubt it would, or will, stand up to legal scrutiny if Biden tries to resurrect it. If it looks like it will stand, I have several properties I fully intend to grade flat to avoid that problem from the EPA and feds. Interment washes and non-navigable waters are not part of the federal purview and I for one know enough that if the feds do get control, the best way to avoid their entanglements is to get grandfathered in as not having what they control. Better that than having to deal with those fuckheads.

So, at least in my case, the WOTUS regulations will force me into doing what I otherwise would not and unnecessarily degrade the environment.
