Default 3rd Circuit court approves expedited review of PA decision to dismiss...

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/3rd...pedited-review

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals granted the Trump campaign's request for an expedited review of a lower court's decision to dismiss a lawsuit over voting in Pennsylvania.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted the news with an image of the court record Monday morning.

The appeal comes after U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann in Pennsylvania threw out the campaign's lawsuit, which sought an injunction that would stop the certification of the election in Pennsylvania. Most counties in the state are expected to certify their results on Monday.

The Trump campaign argued that the Constitution's guarantee of equal protection under the law was violated by the state when counties took different measures to inform voters of technical issues that arose with the unprecedented number of mail-in ballots.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, along with seven counties that were sued by the Trump campaign and where Joe Biden led, argued Trump had already raised similar claims.

So the next dismissal will be expedited. Okay. Cool.

It is a weird if interesting appeal. The appeal doesn't ask that Brann's ruling be stayed or overturned. It simply asks that they be allowed to amend for a second time their original filing. The fact that they didn't have facts the first time or even after the first time the amended it but now if they are allowed to amend it a second time they might have facts seems a bit far fetched.

At this point, Trump should be suing the lawyers for their failure to file the lawsuit properly the first time.

This is what theyve been working toward.
Had to give Penn an opportunity to do the right thing. They did not which surprised no one.

Basically they are going to reintroduce the same case that a conservative Judge not only threw out but took time to publicly reprimand the Trump attorneys for submitting, now how do you think that is going to go?

i think the question is standing? the affadavits of the voters showed the unequal protection but voters were in a different county cited ( i think that's it)

SCOTUS shows no interest. Roberts Court has bad enough a reputation now. Rudy has not cobbled a case together that deserves more judicial respect.

I seriously doubt the s.ct would take up such a case.
