What I see happening is employers will refuse to bring employees back to work if they don't have a COVID shot. So if you don't get one, you don't have a job anymore. That's a bit more draconian than I would want, but welcome to corporate fascism everyone.
If even one major firm puts that requirement in place, everyone else will follow suit. Insurance companies won't insure your business if your employees are spreading COVID. So if Bezos tells his employees that they cannot work unless they have a COVID shot, expect everyone else to follow suit. And likewise, consumers aren't going to patron businesses where there's a risk of catching COVID. Like we're seeing right now.
