    Surprised me, also.

That doesn't shock me. There are people who believe capitalism is racist so I'd surmise they probably think either socialism isn't or is less so.

Not to say this hasn't occurred but I've never heard black people argue we should be more like the Scandinavian countries. That seems to be a very white thing as far as I can tell.

It is a serious character flaw to have that in president.

The only thing that checked Trump to any measurable extent were the courts. The Republican Senate and GOP house totally abdicated to Trump.
Agreed, but that was all that was needed. The courts were also the only thing that stopped some of Obama's actions.

I think calling Trump's actions "fascist" are a big stretch and no different than calling Democrats communist. I didn't support him, but I also don't approve of negative scare tactics.

Those Scandinavian countries keep telling those white liberals they are not socialist.

“On the contrary,” Secretary Benson replied, “My grandchildren will live in freedom as I hope that all people will.”

No, you won’t accept Communism outright; but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of Socialism until you will finally wake up and find that you already have Communism. We won’t have to fight you; we’ll so weaken your economy, until you fall like overripe fruit into our hands.”
If your argument is strong, why do you need to come up with fake quotes to support it?

Not in the way RWNJ's describe socialist.
However RWNJ think corporate tax cuts and bailouts are "capitalism".

Or, in the way left-wing describes socialism. It is not an expansive welfare system (certainly China does not meet that definition).

Tax cuts (or tax increases) are both capitalism. Bail-outs violate free market principles. Current funding for bailouts to corporations or citizens (stimulus checks) are not free market capitalism.
