They better hurry. Looks like he's reported losses on both of these properties -- and that was last year, before the pandemic -- according to this article.

Meanwhile, in time-honored Drumpf fashion, Eric the Stupid is threatening to sue the Scottish lawmaker calling for an investigation into how the purchases were financed.

Hopefully the UK government will investigate Trump for fraud also; if he has done it here in the USA, then more than likely he has done it in other places; fraud is Trump's forte.

The diseased orangutan is on the precipice of losing everything.
His frantic panic is all that he's got left.
We can stop worrying about him.

Yes the 70 million dumbed-down and also the people who are okay and complacent with both parties being owned by corporate donors. That is the root of the problem. As long as there is this money in politics we cannot actually have democracy and this moving forward with no consequences to perpetrators bull-shit is another nail in the coffin of what is supposed to be a nation of laws.

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

How are people supposed to know what a candidate represents without the resources for said candidate to get his/her message out?
    Corporate donors are fine.
Just put their name on everything they fund so people know from where the message is coming.
The great unwashed don't know that they're supporting Charles Koch with their "populist" votes.

Corporate donors are not fine when they are the ones writing policy. Explain how we have a representative government of, for and by the people when the majority supports policy that is ignored by the ones we send to Washington. Explain that please. And where is the mention of this donor class by the founders and why funneling money to the top is the job of the working class.

Big corporate donors don't have very many votes among themselves, do they?
The working class has all the votes, plus the propensity to cut their own balls off regularly and routinely.
The corporate oligarchy controls America because American education has never been prioritized.
Right now, in fact, intellectualism is dismissed as elitism and even communism.

You can try to correct economic disparities all you want, but until the working class is educated, they will continue to be their own worst enemy.
The corporate oligarchs don't disparage education for themselves.
    They all have their degrees.
They just need to keep a pathetically stupid electorate to stay in power.

The policy is not being written for the people. Its being written for the Oligarchs. Quite simply put...that is not a REPRESENTATIVE government of the people by the people or for the people.

For example, the majority of the American people on a bipartisan basis support Med4All but it is not being delivered because the so-called representatives are being paid by the medical insurance industrial complex. That is the bottom line so no need to convolute it or make excuses for it...it is what it is...corruption and bribery.

Nothing is delivered because of the way the working class votes. Dismissing that is dismissing the pertinent facts.
If they understood that a more comprehensive public sector and a more regulated private sector would enhance their lives significantly, they would vote in their own self-interests.
They are totally ignorant of political and government theory and thus they participate in their own de-nutting at the polling place.

You let the people off the hook by blaming a handful of wealthy voters in a one person/one vote system where the oligarchs don't have enough votes to elect a local school committee member.
Why do you promote Blueexit--we're the only two separatists on the entire forum, after all--when you don't promote what it could produce if it happened?
Blue states are where the big corporate people are but where they can't outvote the more sophisticated / educated working class at the polls.

Theft by government is still theft. It's golf courses. Trump does golf courses.

Just because the UK made some crazy law, of course some leftist will abuse their power and exploit it to the max.

They're just wasting their taxpayer's dollars.

I blame the greed and the people who go to Washington who are not representing the will of the people who sent them there. The GOP and the Neo-Liberals have destroyed the middle class. The USA used to be number #1 in upward mobility and we are now #34. That is what relentless unlimited money and a "donor class" in politics has brought us. It also gave us a Trump.

    Everything you say is conversational.
None of it is either political or economic strategy.
People get slugs in government because they vote for them.
In a one citizen/one vote society, the blame must always go to the electorate.
Politicians go badly off the beaten path because red state voters prevent laws [on the national level] from being passed that would help the situation.

Also, too much blame is leveled on corruption as opposed to bad policy.

    Corruption costs us millions.
    Bad policy costs us billions.
Yes, corruption and greed are a problem, but bad policy is the problem that just about has us killed as a nation.
