Well, during the summer the most definitely failed and their spikes in the summer were worse than every other country in Europe except for the UK and Italy.

Depends what rate you're looking at...because when it comes to cases-death, Sweden is #3 in Europe behind Italy and UK, which means if you catch COVID, you have a higher chance of dying from it in Sweden than every other country in Europe except for the UK and Italy.
