Another side note: Democrats keep trying to excuse their pathological wrongness by claiming that pollsters (who are overwhelmingly left-wing and who despise the people they are polling) just don't know how to account for Trump voters, who know they are despised by elitist snobs for daring to be normal, sane, and mainstream (hence right-of-center) in public and go out of their way not to waste time trying to talk to pollsters (or to be honest with them).

But guess what?
