What did you get? You got 2 RW nutcases to claim they were wrong when they did their legal duty. A legal duty that if they had not done it would have been taken away from them and the action performed by the state.

So what precisely did you get? You can't sue over them wanting to revoke their votes since there is no legal basis on which to sue. The law states they have a given time to certify the vote and if they don't certify the vote then it goes to the state canvassing board to be certified. The actions of those 2 are meaningless when it comes to final state certification.

It's not clear whether the affidavits have any legal effect on Tuesday's certification, which moved Wayne County's results on to the bipartisan Board of State Canvassers. Even if Palmer and Hartmann were able to rescind their votes, the deadline for Wayne County to certify its results has already passed, in which case any uncertified results would pass on to the state board.
