what part of the constitution details that limitation of the american people??????
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Now you think that 3 weeks of shutdown will cure this? School taxes were due in Sept., and property taxes are due in Jan. What exactly do you think is going to happen after your 3 week shutdown?

It is always interesting to see how delusional people can be. Let me set you straight. WE ARE IN THE SHIT!!!!!! Everything you say is happening anyway and will continue to happen. And it will get worse. Unless something really constructive is done. Such as my plan. Which isn't speculation. It would work. As for a stimulus check, they have been debating about that for a while. Hopefully it will happen. It should happen. As for paying rent, it is pretty hard to get a dead person to pay for anything. And so far there are over 257,000 of them.

Living people can rebuild or contribute to rebuilding an economy, should it be needed. Dead people can't. Here is something else to ponder. Our monetary system uses a fiat currency. It is buoyed by wishful thinking and fairy dust. Before the coronavirus hit, we were around 19 trillion dollars in debt. Each year we had to pay 420 billion on the interest of that debt. We had another 61 trillion dollars worth of unfunded obligations. I wouldn't want to try and split the hair between debt and obligation. So every man, woman, child and fetus in the U.S. is in the hole for around $250,000 dollars! But yet, our economy still functions, doesn't it.

You're asking the wrong person. I don't know the constitution by heart. But no doubt there is something in it that pertains to protecting American lives. And in either it or the bill of rights it speaks of the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. There is a reason why life comes first. Because it is far more important than the other two things combined.

at least you admit that you don't know the constitution by heart, because the primary responsibility of the federal government is to protect our rights....not our lives........

Nobody need die in a muddy ditch. All we need to do with the aristocratic landlords is introduce them to madam guillotine just as the French did with their aristocrats after the French Revolution. I had a friend who's son was friends with the son of a landlord. He told my friends son that all his father had to do for a living was collect money. Fuck that kind of capitalism. Those parasites need to go out and get a real job. One that actually produces something tangible that contributes to the human condition.

    1. do you think that nobody should be allowed to rent houses/properties to others?
    2. why aren't you blaming the government for this crony capitalism that allows others to do this?

What we need is a second bill of rights that give people the right to affordable housing. As well as universal health care. Though he was a douchbag who started a phony war for economic reasons, FDR did have some good ideas. I will provide a video clip where he speaks of them.

there might have been a couple good ideas in his plan, but the rest of it was LITERALLY designed to create an artificial middle class by ballooning property values so that the average (at that time) was 100k........then add in all the regulatory rules and laws to control things......which ultimately led to creating millionaires in congress.......and a major downfall of capitalism and individual rights would be creating a right to the products or services of another at a controlled cost
