    Default Conceding gracefully

There is a reason that this & other traditions have long been in place.

Losing a Presidential race is extremely tough. Everyone gets that. But the loser always calls the winner, they always call for unity behind the new leader. If they're an incumbent, they help w/ the transition. An incumbent will also usually meet with the winner at the WH.

These are symbolic things, but important for their supporters and the country after an intense & passionate contest. Without that kind of leadership, there really can't be any healing, whatsoever. It can lead to real strife and instability.

Trump has a right to ask for recounts where they are warranted by law, and to investigate irregularities. He doesn't have a right at the moment to declare that he won, or that the election was a fraud, or to tell his people to fight.

He's about to do immense damage to our union. And all for his ego.

    Incorrect

“Clinton conceded the 2016 presidential election to Republican Donald Trump on November 9 after media outlets declared Trump had exceeded the 270 electoral college vote threshold needed to win the election and ending the campaign.”

Election day that year was November 8th, she also called Trump personally. Obama met with Trump in the White House two days later to begin the transition

Trump has about the same degree of grace occupying the office of the Presidency as he would have on a ballet stage. But he has to follow the law.

Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.
