Default Legal Experts On Why Trump's Lawsuits Are Bullshit

I know that Trumpers generally dislike experts; they routinely dismiss climate scientists on global warming, virologists on COVID-19, etc. Nevertheless, Democrats and other normal people around the world know that informed opinions are the best kind of opinion.

So here are nine legal experts on why Trump's lawsuits are dead on arrival:

Argument from authority fallacy with no proof. FAIL!

But at that link is the actual whole lawsuit in a pdf, so that's good!

It's not an "argument from authority fallacy."

There you go again equating expertise with liking an opinion. That's not how it works, boy.

What makes them experts, you saying so?

Is there some sort of Goebbels-college training people to write this sort of bilge?

That's exactly what you're doing. Someone isn't an expert because you agree with them or because of some title next to their name.

If all the Nazi references you keep making about those you oppose were anywhere close to being true, you would have been the first to disappear and long ago.

Actually, having a PhD in virology pretty much makes someone an expert on viruses. Having an S.J.D. makes someone an expert on legal issues. So on and so on.

How do you define "expert," then?

Being able to apply what you know to a certain standard not just pointing to a piece of paper with Ph D on it.
