If you can fill out your ballot in "5 minutes" what difference does it make where you do it? The correct answer is you can fill it out at home then turn it in in person with ID and verification that you voted. Mail-in voting is rife with potential voter fraud.
Is it wrong to question the total votes received with the total registered voters in some precincts?. I believe there should be a registered voter database. If you mail in a ballot, you should be marked as voted and if you try to vote again in person, you should be arrested.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
