He'll probably win because of the Electoral College. And if he doesn't, the government will just throw out the mail-in ballots and award him the election.

No, he didn’t, he stated we should not discount the silent Trump voters, and we shouldn’t discount them, but there are also a lot of Democratic voters who didn’t vote in 2016 and new voters, so Michael Moore needs to consider those as well.
