Rights of employees? If Biden wins, the industry this company serves may well be curtailed for months, at the minimum. Businesses can't survive without orders.
Should we now be allowed to sue companies who go under because of liberal policies? What will it achieve? Trying to get blood from a stone?
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

You do understand that historically these BUS RIDES TO UTOPIA tend to end in starvation?

Orlando-based Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is now warning its employees to vote for Donald Trump or else be unemployed.

A new report revealed that the company, which flies a large Trump 2020 flag outside its building and has contributed hundreds of thousands to the Trump campaign, sent its employees a letter from Daniels himself warning them that if Joe Biden gets elected they will be out of a job.

“If Trump and the Republicans win the election, DMC will hopefully be able to continue operating, more or less as it has been operating lately,” the letter read. “However, if Biden and the Democrats win, DMC could be forced to begin permanent layoffs in late 2020 and/or early 2021.”

I know the Alt Right posters will never understand what I am going to post, but I will try anyway.

The reason companies hire people is to make money. The workers do something that benefits the company more than their total compensation. Firing these people in revenge hurts the company.

Companies are not supposed to hire people as charity. Somewhere along the line, the Alt Right has been convinced that companies "give" people jobs, and can take them all away. A company that fired everyone would go out of business.

    Walt! You stupid fuck!

    This company isn't "firing" anyone!

Businesses are run to make a profit, it's how they pay their employees.
Businesses need orders to manufacture products, this business provides
products/tools to the airlines with gov. specifications. If there is a severe
drop in orders, naturally, a business will lay off unneeded employees. Fact.
If the business can't stay profitable with a reduced workforce, there is the
possibility of the business closing. We will see many close if Biden is elected.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

They're only so expensive because they sell to the military.

No, they're that expensive because they have to perform their function in a precise and calibrated manner. I've used these tools a lot over decades. I'm very familiar with them. They have to be certified be it with the FAA or military regularly to show they are functioning correctly. As they are also a specialist tool, they aren't in so high a demand that they can be made cheaply.
So, if you are assembling a cable and the connector is like this one (Deutsch brand shown)

You need the proper wire stripping tool, the proper crimp tool, and the proper pin insertion tool (the cheap plastic one of the later in red and white is shown but those don't last and mostly for field repairs) to assemble the connector. That goes for military stuff as well as most aircraft commercial or private.

I'm struggling to see what the problem is........if the employees weren't smart enough to figure that out on their own they probably should be fired anyway.......
