LOL. Not for Chicago, apparently. Seriously. Strict gun laws aren't it, having a large population willing to slavishly follow "leadership", even to the point of ignoring stupidity like sending infected folks into the old folks' homes, probably does help though. Open carry places rarely have the violence your big cities do. In fact since I've lived in this county only 1 murder happened and it wasn't with a gun... open carry happens all the time here.
