Democrats have now decided that following the Constitution is racist, sexist, homophobic, and every other "make up whatever we feel like" smear they need to discredit things they don't like.
"As Judge Barrett described so-called originalism, it means she is supposed to interpret the constitution's text and understand it to have the meaning it had when the constitution was ratified. but interpreting the constitution in that manner has been used over and over to deny rights to women [blatantly false], to communities of color [blatantly false], and to the LGBTQ individuals [blatantly false], members of our society who had no rights when the constitution was ratified [blatantly false]. 1) Doesn't this mean Democrats routinely swear an oath to be racist, sexist, and afraid of homosexuals?
2) And should someone even be able to serve in office when they openly denounce the document they swore an oath to uphold and admit that they violate that oath?
3) And by this logic, any misuse of the law for any nefarious purpose at any point in history negates the obligation of anyone to follow any laws now.
Could Democrats possibly be any more asinine or idiotic?

I mean, if you openly despise and reject the document that authorizes the existence of your elected office, and that you had to swear an oath to uphold, it kind of naturally follows that you have no business being IN that office.
